The wheeltirehub.ca website (the "Site") is operated by Distribution WTH Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, doing business as "WheelTireHub".

Business Customers Only

The Site is intended exclusively for businesses — garages, shops, resellers and other commercial buyers. Purchasing requires an approved merchant account. No offer is made to consumers within the meaning of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or equivalent consumer protection legislation in other provinces.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WheelTireHub.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Account Registration

To place orders on WheelTireHub.ca, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice
  • Applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST) are added at checkout based on your shipping address
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
  • Product availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed

Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason
  • If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all Canadian provinces except Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Tires that have been mounted or driven on are not eligible for return.

Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by WheelTireHub. We assist customers with the warranty claim process. For details, see our Warranties page.

Limitation of Liability

WheelTireHub.ca provides products and information on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (shipping delays, supplier issues, force majeure)

Intellectual Property

All content on WheelTireHub.ca, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of WheelTireHub and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
