Warranty terms and WTH claim intake for tire and wheel brands we carry. Built for installers who need us to forward claims to the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties on tires and wheels typically cover defects in workmanship or materials; some tire lines also include treadlife, road-hazard, satisfaction, or pro-rata programs. Terms and durations vary by brand and product line — use the cards below to review the official manufacturer terms.
Do not submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer unless WTH asks you to. Open the request with WheelTireHub first: we validate the order details and documentation, forward the case to the manufacturer, and communicate the final decision. The manufacturer remains responsible for approving, denying, crediting, or replacing the product.
Inspect and document. Record the DOT code on the sidewall, current tread depth in 32nds across multiple ribs, and take clear photos of the defect or wear pattern.
Retrieve the WTH invoice. Include the WTH order or invoice number, product SKU, installation details, mileage, photos, and any rotation or service records requested by the manufacturer.
Open the claim with WTH. Send the documentation to WheelTireHub. We review the file, confirm the purchase record, and submit the claim to the manufacturer on your behalf.
Wait for the manufacturer decision. WTH follows up with the manufacturer and sends you the result. Approval, replacement, credit, pro-rata value, or refusal is determined by the manufacturer.
Warranty data shown is summary-level. Exact coverage, tread-depth thresholds, and km guarantees vary by specific tire line — always confirm the manufacturer's terms, then open the claim with WheelTireHub.
