Shipping Coverage
WheelTireHub ships to all Canadian provinces:
- British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador
We do not ship to: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and GLS Canada. Both carrier rates are displayed at checkout in real time — you choose the one you prefer based on price or speed. All rates are negotiated directly with the carriers, no markup applied.
Delivery Times
We do not publish a fixed transit window. Delivery times are calculated at checkout and on each product page based on your destination postal code, using live FedEx and GLS API data.
Actual transit varies by region, season, weather, and carrier volume — we do not commit to a specific timeframe.
Order Cutoff
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (noon) on business days are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on statutory holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination postal code of your order, combined with your chosen carrier. The exact cost is displayed before you complete your purchase.
Dropshipping Model
Some orders ship from our Sherbrooke (QC) warehouse; others ship directly from supplier depots across Canada. A multi-SKU order may split across several parcels, each with its own tracking number. Outer packaging is unbranded — safe to drop-ship directly to your end customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your Purchase History on WheelTireHub.ca.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive damaged items or your order is incomplete:
- Inspect all packages upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier driver
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wheeltirehub.ca with photos of the damage and your WTH order number
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

Estimated delivery times
Shipped from our Québec warehouse (Sherbrooke) via FedEx Ground and GLS. Most in-stock orders dispatch the same or next business day. The times below are transit times after dispatch. The exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout and on every product page (real FedEx + GLS transit). Drop-ship from a supplier depot may differ.

Returns & damage
Damaged in transit? Note it on delivery and send us photos within 48 hours — we file the carrier claim. For returns and the RMA process, see our return policy.
