Account, orders & pricing

Why can’t I see prices?

Wholesale pricing is reserved for approved garages. You must be signed in to an approved garage account to see prices and check out. Until you sign in and your application is approved, prices and checkout stay hidden.

Apply for a garage account — approved within 1 business day.

I have an account but still can’t see prices or order.

A signed-in account isn’t enough: WheelTireHub is garage-only, so your application must be approved. While it’s pending you can browse, but prices and checkout stay locked. If you already applied, approval lands within 1 business day; if not, fill out the form.

How do I open a garage account?

Apply at our garage account page — ideally with your business registration number (GST/NEQ): it’s optional, but it speeds up verification. We approve applications within 1 business day; once approved, you’ll receive an email with access instructions. No fees, no minimum order, no contract.

How do I sign in or reset my password?

Click “Log in” at the top of the site. Sign-in uses a one-time code emailed to you — no password to remember. Always use the garage email your application was approved under; if “Login with Shop” signs you into a different account, log out and enter that email.

How do I track my order?

In your Purchase History. Each order shows its status and live FedEx/GLS tracking number(s) — a multi-item order can ship in several parcels, each with its own tracking.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Email support@wheeltirehub.ca as soon as possible with the order number. If it hasn’t left the warehouse we cancel or change it and refund the original card. Once shipped, use the return process.

How do I reorder a past order?

Open your Purchase History and use the “Reorder” button on a past order: available items are added back to your cart in one click.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order 1 tire or 100 — price per unit is the same.

Can I order for multiple locations (and multiple users)?

Yes. Shopify B2B Companies supports multiple locations and contacts under one parent company. After approval, email support@wheeltirehub.ca with the list of locations and people to add.

Do you offer Net 30 or Net 60 terms?

No. All orders are paid immediately by credit card at checkout. We do not extend credit.

Who do I contact for large or bulk requests?

Email support@wheeltirehub.ca with the SKU list, quantities and ship-to. We confirm availability, ETA and packaging within one business day.

Tires & fitment

How does the fitment search work?

Enter Year → Make → Model → Body → Option. We return only the tires and wheels that fit that vehicle. VIN paste also works — paste the 17-character VIN and we auto-fill the vehicle.

What if the fitment shows the wrong result?

Verify against the tire sidewall and cross-check with the OEM size on the door-jamb sticker. Report any discrepancy to support@wheeltirehub.ca with the VIN and the product SKU so we can correct the dataset.

Do you carry OEM-approved tires (MO, N, AO, ZP markings)?

Yes. OEM markings appear on the product card and PDP via a colour-coded homologation badge (Mercedes MO, Porsche N, Audi AO, BMW ★, Tesla T0, Run-Flat ZP, etc.). Use the brand-specific collection filters to narrow results.

Can I order staggered front/rear setups?

Yes. When the vehicle’s OEM spec calls for different front and rear sizes, the search returns both sizes (tires and wheels). Order the correct quantity of each — the cart and invoice track them separately.

Do you sell winter tires with the snowflake rating?

Yes. Our catalogue covers winter, 4-season and all-weather tires. On the collection pages, filter by season/usage to show only winter tires. Certified winter tires carry the three-peak-mountain-snowflake (3PMSF) marking required in Quebec.

Wheels, TPMS & accessories

How do I check wheel fitment?

Select your vehicle (Year/Make/Model or VIN): the search returns only wheels that fit by bolt pattern, diameter, centre bore (hub bore) and offset. You can also filter by diameter, width and finish right in the Wheels collection.

Do I need centering rings?

If the wheel’s centre bore is larger than the vehicle hub, yes — a centering ring gives a perfectly centred, vibration-free mount. On a wheel’s page, with your vehicle selected, we tell you whether a ring is needed and recommend the right one. Sold in sets of 4 (and discounted when bought with wheels). If the wheel already centres on the hub, no ring is needed.

Do I need TPMS sensors with new wheels?

If the vehicle has a tire-pressure monitoring system (TPMS), you need one sensor per wheel. When your vehicle needs them, we offer sensors right on the wheel’s page (one per wheel added). Tesla sensors come pre-programmed. For other vehicles the universal sensor can be pre-programmed to your vehicle (+$5/sensor) — otherwise it ships ready for your shop to program.

Are wheels sold individually or in sets of 4?

Individually. The listed price is per wheel — choose the quantity (usually 4, or the correct front/rear count for a staggered setup).

Do tires and wheels arrive mounted and balanced?

No. Tires and wheels ship separately, unmounted — mounting, balancing and TPMS sensor install are done at your shop.

Pricing, payment & EHF

Is pricing uniform across all garage accounts?

Yes. Every approved garage sees the same published price. No tiers, no volume discounts, no negotiation — the listed price is the price. All pricing, shipping and taxes are in Canadian dollars.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa and Mastercard, including through Shop Pay. No cheques, no EFT, no net terms.

We don’t accept American Express: its transaction fees are noticeably higher, and absorbing them would push our prices up. We’d rather keep them as low as possible for your shop.

Will my card be charged before shipping?

Yes — at checkout. If a line goes out of stock before fulfillment, we refund immediately to the original card.

What is the Environmental Handling Fee (EHF)?

A provincial per-tire fee set by each province’s recycling program, added at checkout based on the shipping address. For a standard tire it runs about $3.00 to $6.50 per tire; for large tires (rim over 17″) some provinces apply a higher tier — up to $9.00 (NL) or $11.25 (PE). It’s passed through to the province in full — not revenue for WTH. No EHF charged in ON, NT, YT or NU.

My garage is registered with the provincial tire recycling program — can I be exempted from the EHF?

Yes. If your garage is registered with the provincial tire recycling program (RECYC-QUÉBEC, ARMA in Alberta, TSBC in British Columbia, TSS in Saskatchewan, TSM in Manitoba, MMSB in Newfoundland) and collects the environmental fees directly from your customers to remit them yourself to the provincial authority, you can be exempted from the EHF that WheelTireHub would otherwise charge you.

How to request: reach out via the Contact form with your registration certificate or registration number (QST number for Quebec, ARMA number for Alberta, etc.) and the province concerned. We validate each request manually within one business day. Once approved, the exemption applies automatically to every future order shipped to that province — no code to enter, no refund to claim.

The exemption follows the shipping province, not your headquarters address. If you’re registered in multiple provinces, provide the number for each one. The following provinces accept this exemption: QC, AB, BC, SK, MB, NL. Prince Edward Island uses a different tax model and is handled case-by-case.

How do manufacturer mail-in rebates work?

Some brands periodically offer mail-in rebates. When a model qualifies, a rebate badge appears on the collection and product page. You pay the listed price, then claim the rebate from the manufacturer per their terms (form + proof of purchase). See the Manufacturer Rebates page.

Shipping & delivery

Which carriers do you use?

FedEx Ground and GLS Canada. Both rates show at checkout in real time — pick the carrier you prefer.

What is the shipping cutoff?

We ship on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Any order placed before 12:00 PM ET (noon) on a business day ships same-day. Any order placed after 12:00 PM ET or outside a business day ships on the next business day.

Do you ship to Yukon, NWT or Nunavut?

No. We serve provinces south of 60° only. If you have a special request, email support@wheeltirehub.ca.

How long is transit?

Real transit times per carrier are shown at checkout in real time based on the destination postal code, calculated directly from FedEx and GLS APIs. We do not guarantee a fixed transit window — delivery time varies by region, season, and carrier volume. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Can I ship directly to my customer?

Yes. Enter the end customer’s address as the shipping destination at checkout — we ship straight to the driver.

Is the packaging unbranded?

Yes — no customer-facing branding on the outer packaging. Safe to drop-ship to the end customer.

Why did my order arrive in multiple shipments?

We drop-ship from our Québec warehouse or from supplier depots across Canada. A multi-item order can split across depots; each parcel has its own tracking number.

Returns & warranties

How do I return a DOA or damaged product?

Contact support@wheeltirehub.ca within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the WTH invoice number. Full refund or free replacement. See the Return Policy for details.

Can I return a tire after mounting?

Mounted tires are not returnable for refund. Manufacturer defects discovered after mounting go through the WTH warranty process — see our Manufacturer Warranties page.

How does a manufacturer warranty claim work?

Inspect the product, note the DOT code or serial number when applicable, take clear photos, and pull the WTH invoice from your Purchase History. Then open the request with WTH, not directly with the manufacturer. We validate the file, forward it to the manufacturer, and send you the final decision. Brand-by-brand terms are on the Manufacturer Warranties page.

A product arrived that does not match what I ordered — what now?

Do not mount it. Email support@wheeltirehub.ca with the WTH invoice number, the SKU you ordered, and a photo of the sidewall (or wheel finish) received. We arrange the swap and cover return shipping at no cost.

Invoicing & client quotes

Can I show a price to my own customer and print a quote?

Yes — turn on Client view from the top menu. It hides your wholesale price and shows a retail price (your markup), can add a service fee and your logo, then generates a clean printable quote for your customer. Internal SKUs are hidden on the estimate.

How do I set my markup and service fees?

In your garage settings: markup (% or fixed amount), service fee, rounding, logo, and even a separate markup per accessory type (TPMS sensors, centering rings). Your settings sync across all your devices.

Where are my saved quotes?

On the Quotes page: every quote is saved to your account, re-openable and printable, from any device.

Where do I find my invoices?

In your Purchase History. Every order has a full itemized PDF invoice you can download or reprint.

Can I add a PO number to an order?

Yes. Enter it in the PO number field at checkout. It appears on the invoice, in order confirmation emails, and in Purchase History filters.

Do you issue credit notes for returns?

Refunds are issued directly to the credit card used for the original order. The refund transaction carries the original order reference for bookkeeping.

Are taxes shown separately on the invoice?

Yes. GST, QST and HST are itemized line by line on every invoice, calculated by shipping province. The EHF is shown as its own line labelled by province (e.g. “Environmental Handling Fee (QC)”).
