Thanks to a new rubber-silica blend, the Extensa A/S II offers better energy efficiency than the previous model. By adding silica, the tire stays cold at high speeds and retains its elasticity at lower temperatures.
The tread design gives the tire better contact with the ground for better braking and handling.
Solid construction
Its rugged construction not only prevents tire damage but also reduces tire deformation at high speeds or under load. Less deformation means less irregular wear, a more comfortable and quieter ride throughout the tire's life.
Its four large circular grooves improve water and wet snow evacuation to reduce hydroplaning risk and provide better traction in all seasons.
Wider outer blocks increase vehicle stability during cornering and braking. They give the tire good traction in mud, slush or snow.
Full-depth sipes enhance edge bite and increase all-season traction.
